Thanks for the list.
It is sad, as some of the groups on the list are also doing good in trying to prevent destructive fishing practices such as shark finning. While it may be a drop in the swimming pool, I plan to go to their websites and see if they have a section you can send them an e-mail comment about their position on the MLPA. Kevin |

I love the "Friends of" moniker such BS, how about we start "Friends of Mother Ocean (FOMO)- dedicated to the responsible harvesting and management of our coastal fishery", im sure the lemmings would fall right in line

Called "Save Rocky Point" they are pushing hard to have more of the Palos Verdes coastline added to the list of closures They want more of La Jolla and Malibu too...
