I've got to get out there, you make this seem to easy.

For me, lobsters equal more time and money allowed for fishing by the wife.

Good work. Hoop netting is something I aspire to not suck at any hints you might offer up?

Find good structure, use fresh bait, and try to hoop on the moving tides. Also when pulling try to make sure you are straight up and down and not pulling sideways.

There is a guy named Jim Salazar that wrote a book on hooping. You might look that up too. I hear it's pretty good.

Other than that....time on the water and trial and error. My first few trips i got skunked. Started to figure the bugs out (a little bit) after a few years of hit and miss.

Thanks Sherm for the tips,

Ive been about 6 times and got a legal on my first pull of my first trip thought to my self this is gonna be easy and haven't managed to get one after that kind of gave up though since I free dive for them pretty succesfully. thanks again
