like i said somewhere else.. bring green tuna on a boat with a gaff floppin everywhere throwing blood all over etc... the tuna has a few holes in it.. its starving for o2 etc.. its not pretty! atleast the japs have enough sense to drag them around the corner away from the public.. DEATH ISNT PRETTY! either you believe in darwin or jesus.. doesnt matter jesus says we eat and repsect what we eat.. and darwin says evolution and natural selection... clearly we as humans are on TOP! now lets eat! cheers.

I watched the first episode of the show and was like, OK, dolphin must not taste that bad. I grew up chasing cows and turning dirt, hunted for 30+ years. I've made a few critters dead and enjoyed most of them as tablefare. People that get worked up over this stuff need to spend a day in a slaughterhouse. You sure do appreciate the meat on your table differently after that. My beautiful wife turned into a vegetarian for a couple years after seeing the process of grazing cow to wrapped in plastic. YOU are the one who has to draw YOUR line in what is acceptable. Our diversified cultures allow the eating of all sorts of stuff. We have the conscious to determine if it is right or wrong. OK, rant mode off, sorry guys.

damn i guess i am a hippy. oh well. everyones entitled to their own opinion but really? comparing free smart dolphins in the wild to dumb ass cows raised on farms for one purpose - for us to eat. its not the same. thats why i think its wrong - dolphins are the smartest animal on earth other than (some) humans. they are the only other animals that call each other by name. they think and remember and understand things.. like whats happening to them.. cows dont. and i think thats were the difference lies. like i said everyones entitled to their own opinion and im not trying to change anyone's but u guys gotta admit, theres at least a little difference between cows raised on a farm in a little pen for us to eat and a wild dolphin (other than the taste haha).

What are you God? lol

Who are you to say Cows arent Smart?
Maybe if we farm raise dolphins then it would be ok to eat them.

There isnt a differance, it all looks the same on a plate.

When my dolphin steak starts doing my taxes, or citing shakespear while sitting on my plate. then maybe ill see things your way.

My southpark clip explained it all. maybe if we convert them to slaughterign chickens and cows, it will be ok, becuase they will be more like us!

I'm pretty sure they're called "Naval Security"! They kick me out of all the good spots in the bay!

Yeah, I saw that thread on BD... it's pretty sad the responses from some guys. Some of the crap the Japanese get away with is just appalling.
