Gonna cook for the boys at the office today. And he was using my sealine. I have some of those premium swivels in the garage so im gonna throw it on tomorrow.

I use a tona peqa knot....it take a bit of practice, but don't need a swivel....

When tied, lubed and tightened properly, the Uni to Uni knot should be at least as strong as the line is (if the 2 lines are not drastically different in diameter). It could be that the weakest part of the line was just after the knot, but the odds are against it. What pound spectra are you using, and what knot did you use on the other end of the Fluro? I prefer #50 or higher spectra when I tie to #25 or higher Fluro. Those fishing knot tying videos and knot strength rating sites on the net have saved me a lot of headaches in the last year or so.
