Hi guys, Im 5-9 205lb. Not sure where exactly im going to be fishing from. But i guess im closer to Topanga and Malibu so that would be the place. I would also like to use it for just cruising around for fun. As someone who never done it before i cant base anything on my exp..

Go with a stable yak first, get your feet wet, and don't worry about the speed factor of a narrower yak.
You can always upgrade later when you get used to the whole kayak fishing thing...and you will. Definitely go see Andy, he is the Masta... ![]() If I lived closer I would go just to ![]()
