Whats the difference between the conservation area and reserve area?

I just tried to locate the maps and could only find Map 3, I'd like to see what Map 2 shows.

I did a search but my point behind what I was saying is that the DFG has made Map 3 very easy to locate and all the others not so much. Point being is that the writing is on the wall. No I have not been living under a rock I just don't have the ability to break away and attend these meetings as others do. I have supported each and every thing in our favor as I can, and I will continue to do so.
