I used to make them and sell them. I found I really only broke even. I'd recommend going to Harbor Marine, I think it is called. It is on India street. He sells the calcutta bamboo poles the gaff hooks and the twine. I think it is more fun and personal to make your own. I kept a few different sizes of gaffs. I think the guys name is Pete if he has odd size rements around he may even give them to you and some twine, as well as show you the knot to use. The gaff hooks range from $3-$6. I also used some kind of gloss finish stuff I got at Squid-Co. It will be a lot of fun and probably cheaper to built your own gaffs.
