Sigh, I'm still a newbie and am interested in this peddle technology, but I have a 9 year old who occasionaly joins me in the harbor. Is it worth looking into the outfitter? I still haven't caught much more than bait and plan on learning more, but I don't know if I want to drop the coin on a hobie yet. Sell me on the outfitter if it is available!

Few guys fish them solo. I have fished LJ a couple times in one with my wife. Took the sail out once with my son and thought it was pretty cool.

Outfitter
Kahouna,
The Outfitter is the perfect Kayak to take your kids out on. Here's a good picture of a great family kayak...http://www.bigwatersedge.com/bwevb/s...ead.php?t=9237 -ED ![]() |

Now I need to figure out how to get all the scratch put together. Ice, ya got a payment plan? I'll trade you some free launches from Pendleton.
