The Spearos will have to be diligent in filing a complaint for any vessel that comes too close to a Dive Flag. Keep your camera handy.
Those Seaforth Rental Boats are rented by unskilled dolts. -So who is going to wake up early and string 150 Dive Flags across our area.  Does ballistics work on spear guns ?  ooops--------------
