Sat. 6/11 Thresher hunt. - Kayak Fishing Adventures on Big Water’s Edge

baby beach is just at the end of the doheny harbor road...same road you use to get to the launch ramps just you keep going. launch ramps are 10 bucks per vehicle so i usually just park at baby beach and make the paddle to save the cash.

And why do you not think you are ready for mister T as long as you got back up, they are the bomb...

I fish solo because all of my fishing buddies are still in float tubes. If you guys end up going, I'd like to join if you don't mind.

Thanks. I know Dana pretty well. I too launch from baby beach when I'm there in my float tube or yak. My weekend is pretty much wide open. All I've got planned is fishing and I'm not too partial as to where. I'll keep an eye out for your post for the meet up.

Ill be out on a 3/4 charter out of Dana Wharf on sunday but i am off of work saturday and definitely plan on gettin out there. Gotta figure out my bait tank situation before saturday though.

I think ill give it another few outings before i go after Mr. T....backup or no backup. But definitely look forward to meetin a couple of you fella's out there.

Saturdays lookin pretty damn good according to magicseaweed...1-2 with 16sec intervals and high60s

i went down today, didnt find any signs that said baby beach but found the beach in the back of the harbor with alot of kayakers so im assuming thats it. so heres the launch site ill be at (pic below). and it still stands for 6am. since its about an hours drive. i could try for 5 or 5:30 if you guys would rather do that.
