Forschner is made by the same company as Swiss army, Victorinox.
I just received my replacement knife for my 10 year old model that had a tiny bit of pitting, ![]() ![]() Because of that kind of customer service I will buy all my future stainless knives from them! However, does anyone here know of a good ceramic filet knife that stands up to yak abuse? |

While they are sharp and hold their edge for a long time, they can chip easily, I would not risk hitting bone with ours.
