Thanks guys! smaller holes i melt some left over plastic i found inside the yak and patched it using a flat head and a pencil torch....the bigger hole was about 3/4 inch I bought a nylon plug at homedepot that fit perfectly goop in the inside and sealant in the outside

thanks guys for the help and info....if i had to do it again i probably would have smoothed out the small holes with a pencil torch and fill it with hot glue gun
