I have heard that a piece of blackboard chalk helps absorb any moisture in the air of the box.

I was on the Islander with Jim Sammons several years back and he had his jigs stored in the Plano Tackle boxes that have holes in them. I've used them for jigs ever since. For hooks and such I use the waterproof tackle boxes.
